When competence becomes a burden

You’re capable. Responsible. The one people count on.

But underneath the competence, you may be anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed—or wondering when your own life became something you were simply managing.

Wholistic Trans4mations helps women navigate overfunctioning, burnout, self-worth, identity shifts and major life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build greater self-trust, healthier boundaries and a life aligned with who you are now.

Is this you?

Three seasons. One deeper invitation.

You don’t need to become a different person. You may simply need to stop abandoning yourself to keep everything else together.

01

The Overextended Woman

“I can’t keep doing everything.”

Support for high-functioning anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundaries and emotional exhaustion.

02

The Burned-Out Professional

“I’ve worked so hard. Why am I still unhappy?”

Space to address career burnout, work stress, identity beyond achievement, self-worth and what sustainable success means now.

03

The Woman in Transition

“I don’t know who I am anymore.”

Guidance through life after 40, changing roles, midlife transitions, confidence, meaning, perimenopause or menopause concerns, and reinvention.

A different definition of strength

You don’t need to become better at carrying everything.

You may need to build a life that doesn’t require you to carry everything.

The TRANS4M™ Method

Many capable women become extremely good at functioning while losing touch with what they actually need. The goal isn’t simply to function better. It’s to decide what is worth functioning so hard for.

Reconnect with your values, needs, identity and what actually matters to you now.

  4. N

    Navigate

Build boundaries, emotional-regulation skills, communication and healthier ways to cope.

Meet your therapist & coach

Nazia Basha, LCSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and coach who works with high-functioning women navigating anxiety, burnout and major life transitions. My approach is warm, humanistic, culturally responsive and grounded in the belief that sustainable change begins with self-understanding—not self-criticism.

In therapy, we look beyond symptoms to understand the beliefs, experiences and systems influencing how you feel. In coaching, we turn clarity into forward-looking action. Across both, the work is about moving from survival and inherited expectations toward self-trust, meaning and a life that fits.

Client reviews

What clients say

Real words from verified clients, shared after their sessions.

After talking to Nazia for the first 10 minutes, she gave me such a warm feeling — like she covered me with a big wing, and suddenly it wasn’t a rainy day anymore. I don’t really know what therapy is supposed to feel like, but if this is the beginning, I’m very grateful to have it.
Verified client, age 35–44 · shared after session 1 with Nazia
Ms. Nazia Basha is an empowering, authentic, and solution oriented therapist. She listens attentively and develops a plan and includes the client. My plan included reading (listening) to an audio book and using worksheets to guide how my trauma impacts all aspects of my life. Ms. Basha also includes strategies to assist with accepting, feeling, and living beyond what we have been through. You would be fortunate to have her as your therapist. Authentic, warm, and intelligent!
Verified client, age 55–64 · shared after session 5 with Nazia
This was my 1st session with Nazia Basha. She listened attentively and gave me choices on how we could proceed with future sessions. I chose to vent and read (listen) to a book that mirrors my situation and we will discuss and compare during our sessions. I am very happy, hopeful, and optimistic that I am on the right track to challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with empowering truths.
Verified client, age 55–64 · shared after session 2 with Nazia
Nazia is very approachable and authentic. The first session went quickly because our discussion flowed well. I am happy to have had such a positive first meeting.
